We want you to love your hair cutting guide. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work.

• Returns within 30 days. You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

• Used items: Once the product has been used to cut hair, it cannot be returned. This is a hygiene policy, similar to razors and personal care items.

• Defective items: If the product arrives damaged or does not work as described, you may return it at any time for a full refund or replacement. Defectiveness is determined at our sole discretion upon inspection. Items showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear are not covered.

• How to return: Email us at with your order number and reason for return. We may ask for photos before authorizing the return. Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
